By booking an appointment with Mood Studio, you are agreeing to our studio policies.

We value you time and ours. To provide the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

• Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment time will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

• No-shows will also be charged 100% of the service amount.

  These policies are set in place to protect our providers, who work based on a schedule and with cancellations/rescheduled within 48 hours, it prevents us from filling these spots. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy helps us honor the time reserved for you and accommodate other clients who may be looking for an appointment.
